Tens of thousands of people were forced to evacuate the upscale Pacific Palisades neighborhood where many celebrities live.
The fault lies in a violent forest fire which has already ravaged nearly 1,200 hectares and destroyed numerous houses.
Steve Guttenberg, popularized by the “Police Academy” saga and the film “Three Men and a Bassinet”, denounced the incivility of certain residents.

The City of Angels had never experienced this. Los Angeles is ravaged by a violent fire fueled by hot winds typical of the Californian winter. More than 250 firefighters are currently deployed to fight the flames that threaten Santa Monica and have already destroyed nearly 1,200 hectares, particularly in Pacific Palisades. This upscale neighborhood counts several Hollywood stars among its residents, including Jennifer Aniston, Bradley Cooper, Tom Hanks and Steve Guttenberg. While an evacuation order was given for 30,000 people, the latter chose to lend a hand to the fire fighters.
