After trying different sports, Thibault turned to a career as an amateur footballer. When making a choice between becoming a professional footballer and a journalist, the qualities tipped the scales to one side. Here he is now in the editorial staff of 10 Sport, after a diploma obtained at the International Institute of Communication in Paris.
In January 2018, Yann M’Vila decided to make his comeback in Ligue 1. Having left Rennes for Russia and Rubin Kazan in 2013, the French international had experienced a complicated few months before signing for ASSE. Landed in Saint-Etienne thanks in particular to Jean-Louis Gasset, M’Vila then regained his taste for football, saving him from his difficult situation.
Exceptional to Rennes, Yann M’Vila was announced in the sights of the biggest European clubs. However, in the summer of 2013, the midfielder decided to leave Bretagne to join Rubin Kazan. In total, M’Vila will have remained until January 2018 in Russia, leaving the country chaired by Vladimir Poutine after the termination of his contract since it was becoming difficult for him.
