The Boston Bruins were in Columbus this weekend to face the Blue Jackets.
In addition to seeing his team lose 6 to 2, the captain of the Bruins, Brad Marchandhad a painful time on the ice to say the least.
When the game was already out of reach during the third period, Marchand headed towards the opposing net to try to disrupt the goalkeeper’s work. On the other hand, the defender Jack Johnson had other plans and made sure to render the attacker incapacitated by giving him a violent blow with a stick in the parts.
But his misfortunes did not end there.
While Marchand was on all fours on the ice in agony, his teammate Mason Lohrei was there with a solid wrist shot… Directly in the buttocks of his captain!
The latter probably saw his life flash by during this hilarious 10-second sequence. The kind of situation that we wish on no one but which gives a more pronounced smile to many fans who delight in seeing the little pest of the Bruins taste the karma of all their dirty tricks of the past.
He then headed towards his team’s bench and needed help from the team trainer to get back on his feet.
