Arthur Fils has great ambitions for the 2025 season. To prepare as best as possible for the year to come, the Frenchman will compete in the Next Gen ATP Finals for the second consecutive edition.
Last year, he reached the final but fell to Hamad Medjedovic.
For the ATP website, the 20th player in the world shared his progress this season which is due to the fact that he has good feelings during matches.
“It’s true that the tournament takes place very late this year. In fact, we are almost at the start of the 2025 season. My two ATP 500 titles were incredible.
There was the one in Hamburg (against Zverev) but the victory in Tokyo (against Humbert) was even crazier. It was a tough week, I had to play against so many very good players.
I think smiling in every match is the most important thing for my game. If I don’t have fun, I can’t perform and play well.
I try to have fun, enjoy the moment. When I have this state of mind, I know that I will produce good tennis,” he analyzed.
