Victoire is afraid for Romane
Georges informs Victoire that they found Fred's wallet in the sea. Victoire understands that her friend thinks he is dead, but she is distraught at the idea of talking to Romane.
As long as the police have not found Fred's body, Victoire decides not to say anything to Romane. She also worries about the girl's fate, fearing that she will be placed in a foster home if Fred is indeed dead.
Manon notices, while viewing the surveillance cameras, that Victoire and Romane are being followed by Michael.
While Samuel plays with Romane, the latter tells him that she is certain that he is still in love with Victoire. Samuel refutes her words, but Romane confides to him that she still hopes that Fred is alive.
For their part, the police search Chloe's house to search Michael's belongings. Martin notices that he is taking anxiolytics.
Michael explains that he is taking anxiolytics following the death of his ex-wife and tells Martin that he is following Romane to make sure that no one wishes him harm. However, Martin replies that they found no connection between Fred and him. Despite this, Michael asks to be reinstated in the investigation.
Romane, worried, fears that her uncle will not return. Victoire tries to reassure her by promising her that he will come back.
François loses his voice
François loses his voice, and Soizic, amused, lets him know that she prefers to avoid catching his “disease”.
Aaron reassures him by telling him that he will find his voice within four days, but François remains upset. He confides to Chloé that he had to sing with his high school choir. In response, Chloé offers him a grandmother's recipe to speed up his healing.
The students learn that François will not be able to sing with them. Rather than rehearse, Lilou suggests going for a drink, and the rest of the group follows her.
Later, François tastes the drink concocted from Chloé's recipe. Adam and Soizic also taste it and agree that it is undrinkable.
William is going to celebrate Christmas with Aurore
William tries to contact Aurore, but she does not answer. Roxane encourages him to talk with Aurore to ease tensions. She takes the opportunity to confide to him that Sara is not doing well, which is why she wanted to go skiing with her. Roxane also hopes for reassuring news in the days to come.
William consults his therapist, who gives him advice on how to get better. She then offers him a drink.
They end up at the Spoon. William admits to her that he does not feel ready to start a new relationship. Gloria, in return, confides to him that her love life is also complicated: she fell in love with her partner's best friend and explains that she is pansexual.
Meanwhile, Manon refuses to choose between her parents and announces that she will not celebrate Christmas with them. She remains firm on her decision.
Aurore ends up finding William and explains to him that Manon has made her decision. She nevertheless agrees to spend Christmas with him so as not to hurt their daughter. William begins to hope for a possible reconciliation, but Aurore cuts him short by asking him not to make films.
