Like every Monday, Opta has updated its predictions for the final ranking of the Premier League. Chelsea are perfectly placed in the title race and Manchester City is moving away from it.
The Premier League is in full swing… Liverpool failed to keep their promises in the championship, dropping two points against Nottingham Forest (2-2). Chelsea defeated Brentford, positioning themselves well for qualification for the Champions League (2-1). Manchester City experienced a new drama beating Manchester United in the final (1-2). Arsenal failed to achieve better than a draw against Everton despite great domination (0-0).
Big blow for Ipswich Town in the race to maintain with a victory against Wolves (1-2). Crystal Palace easily defeated Brighton away from home (1-3). Tottenham crushed Southampton in just 45 minutes (0-5). Before West Ham’s last match against Bournemouth, choose was able to refine his predictions a little more for the final ranking. Up and down, things are starting to become clearer.
