Gazo goes gold in two weeks with “Apocalypse”, Booba believes there is “a problem”

This Friday, November 29,
Gauze made his return to music with his first album, entitled Apocalypse. If success is achieved, Booba criticizes the sales figures of this project. Gentsu explains everything to you.

Almost three years after his project KMT,
Gauze decided to take the plunge with his first album: Apocalypse. Available since Friday, November 29, the opus includes fifteen tracks including collaborations with Fally Ipupa – Yame (Official Video) or even
Offset.

And success is there. Indeed, in just 24 hours following its release, Apocalypse has recorded more than 6.17 million streams on Spotify . With this impressive figure,
Gauze ranks first among the best startups of the year, far ahead of its competitors.

But that’s not all, the artist sold more than 40,000 copies during the first week of sales. Then, a little more than 11,000 copies the following week. In the end, in 14 days, the album Gauze was certified gold. A real performance for the rapper, who thanked his community on social networks. But this score did not really convince Booba. And for good reason, the artist from 92 finds the difference between the two weeks of sales “strange”. When a user blurts out X: “Isn’t there a problem there? », B2O answers :
“It looks like eh”.

Booba targeted Gazo

This is not the first time that
Booba attacks Gauze. A few days earlier, the DUC had pointed out the technique of its rival with sales in physics:

For those who want to understand how this game of cowards and impostors works. And don’t say that I’m jealous tonight at midnight I turn off the Damso Ninha Nisko and Gazoil album at the same time

A technique that is not new, many artists have used this type of process to increase sales figures and create buzz in the media.
