The least we can say is that they did not go unnoticed on Saturday in the streets of the capital. Around twenty sports cars and supercars took part in the Drive x Friends Christmas Meeting.
In addition to exhibiting these cars, the club created by the young Téo Demirbas organized a procession between the Motor’s Concept dealership in Hollerich – which was also part of it with decorated Lamborghinis and Ferraris – and the Philharmonie square in Kirchberg.
Some cars were covered with a hundred meters of LED garlands, garlands and golden bows. “People loved it, there were some who took photos, videos, who applauded us. It was great,” says Téo, who would like to organize a new event next weekend, “for the last one before Christmas.” It remains to find a place, given the enthusiasm, it could no longer take place at the Philharmonie.
This trend of cars decorated for Christmas is seen a lot in the United States and on the borders of Luxembourg, but this was the first event of this type in the Grand Duchy. And some did not hesitate to drive “nearly four hours” to get there with their car.
