Dubai is known for its modern infrastructure. Moreover, the city has ultra-modern arenas like the Dubai Ice Rink, located in the heart of the famous Dubai Mall. The city certainly offers the logistical potential to host an event of this scale.
Remember that the NHL organized exhibition games last season in Australia. A match in Dubai could also take place as part of a preparatory camp.
