Métropole is launching a call to voluntary associations, artists or entrepreneurs to develop a temporary project, on part of the site of the former Jacques-Cartier prison, for a period of five years (2025-2030).

The procedure for calling for expressions of interest for the Jacques-Cartier prison, closed since 2010, should make it possible to identify “a solid operator and a stimulating project”which resonates with the site’s future project, and which is economically autonomous.
