The “Escort Boys” series is a hit on TF1. An already successful success when it was broadcast on Prime Video in 2023. Guillaume Labbé lends his features to Ben. A look back at this actor on the rise.
Since December 2, TF1 has been broadcasting “Escort Boys”, a series which had proven itself on Prime Video in 2023. Guillaume Labbé breaks the screen in his interpretation of the character of Ben, a young man forced to become an escort. But before playing this role, the actor distinguished himself in several productions.
Guillaume Labbé was born in Paris in 1983. He started out in rugby where he played at a high level, notably with the RC Suresnes club until 2007. It was through this sporting career that he became the one of the models from the “The Gods of the Stadium” calendar from 2003 to 2004.

It was also a role as a rugby player that made his film debut in 2010 in “All our desires”. He makes a series of appearances in the cinema. He became a specialist in comedy by participating in numerous productions such as “See how we dance” by Michel Blanc and “Le Gendre de ma vie” by François Desagnat, both produced in 2018.
A taste for acting which led him to study drama at HB Studio in New York. The French actor hit the stage in 2012 with his one-man show “Guillaume drinks milk” which he performed at the Théâtre du Funambule.
A meteoric rise
It is the small screen that makes the actor known to the general public. In 2018, in the Netflix series “Plan coeur” he played Maxime Pauillac, Elsa’s former companion. Between 2021 and 2023, he is one of the headliners of “I Promise You”, the remake of the hit American series “This Is Us”.
With “Escort Boys”, the actor established himself in the role of Ben. Spectators are seduced by the wanderings of these four young men forced to become escorts to save a beekeeping estate in the Camargue.
During an interview for “Télé-Loisirs”, Guillaume Labbé returns to this relationship he has with his character: “Basically, Ben is unbearable and has his morals. He was raised with rules that he never questioned. But with this escort story, he realizes that nothing is black and white. This character shows the possibility of questioning what we believe in, beliefs, education or everything that has been put in our heads. It’s about being able to ask questions and evolve. »
