      The big boss of one of the largest medical insurance companies in the United States, UnitedHealthcare, was assassinated Wednesday in New York. Brian Thompson, 55, was shot dead leaving his hotel in the heart of Manhattan. The shooter, whom authorities describe as professional, fled into Central Park.
