All of Hollywood is in mourning: Variety has just announced that Scott L. Schwartz, a former wrestler and stuntman turned actor, died in Los Angeles (California) on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. He would have succumbed to heart failure at the age of 65, reports BFMTV.

Revealed by Ocean’s Eleven

Long unknown to the general public, this colossus rose to fame by playing the character of Bulldog “Bruiser” in the first part of the trilogy. Ocean’s Eleven (2001), by Steven Soderbergh. And he made such a strong impression there that he returned in the next two films.

George Clooney, who played one of the central roles in the saga, shared his emotion in a press release: “I am sad to learn of Scott’s passing. We did three films together and I have never been hit so nicely (they were fighting in the film) by anyone. He was a beautiful soul, and he will be missed.”
