Marie-Michèle Plante becomes the new general director of the REGARD Festival dedicated to short films. She succeeds Justine Valtier who took up the position in 2022.
The new recruit is not taking his first steps in the cultural sector. Previously, she was notably co-director of the Festival musique du bout du monde in Gaspé, an event which highlighted its 20e birthday last August.
