Let's go for 11 obstacle meetings on the shores of the Mediterranean until January 7. The highlight of this first day will be the Bird Prize IIclass 1 steeplechase event, for three-year-olds.
Tuesday 3 – Deauville
Quinté – Price of the Manoir de la Salamandre
Head to Normandy for the second Quinté+ of the week with ages three and over on the 1900 meters of the fiber-sand track. Among the likely starters, we find horses that we know well at this level such as Watch Him (C. Ferland), Opalus Road (JM Béguigné) and Love is Gold (P. Menard).
Wednesday 4 – Vincennes
Quinté – Prix de Villers Cotterets
The Vincennes racecourse will be the scene of the Price of Villers Cotteretsevent race contested over 2100 meters (autostart start) for six and seven years old not having won 176,000 euros.
Deauville
Prix Luthier – Polytrack Challenge (Listed)
The racecourse of Deauville hosts the second event of the Polytrack Challenge, a Listed race contested over the 1500 meters of the fiber-sand track. Siam Paragon (G. Doleuze), winner of this event last year, will try to retain his title.
Thursday 5 – Vincennes
Quinté – Jean Boillereau Prize
The Jean Boillereau Prize will probably support Quinté+ this Thursday at Vincennes. Reserved for horses aged five to ten, this event will take place on the 2100 meters of the main track with an autostart start. Among the richest participants, we find in particular Inexcess Bleu (LC Abrivard), Either Jepson (V. Ciotola) et Ibiki de Houelle (F. Leblanc).
Friday 6 – Vincennes
Quinté – Electra Prize
The Quinté+ will take place at night. The Electra Prize, contested on the 2100 meter course of the main track, should support the event.
Saturday 7 – Vincennes
Quinté – Prix Octave Douesnel (Gr.2), Prix Ariste Hémard (Gr.2), Prix Narquois (Gr.3)
This is the first meeting of a gala weekend. Among the 4-year-olds entered in the Prix Octave Douesnel (Gr.2), we find Keep Going (M. Mottier), winner of the Critérium des 4 ans (Gr.1). Kilmister (S. Kagebrant) and Koctel du Dain (Ph. Allaire) are the richest of the lot.

In the Prix Ariste Hémard (Gr.2), an event reserved for females, Willam Bigeon will be well armed with Kyrielle et Kana de Beylev.
In the Prix Narquois (Gr.3), an event reserved for five-year-old horses, Gericault (V. Martens) et Jiosco de Phyt’s (JM Baudouin) are the richest.
Sunday 8 – Vincennes
Quinté – Prix du Bourbonnais America Races Q2 (Gr.2) and Prix Ready Cash (Gr.1)
The Prix du Bourbonnais America Races Q2 (Gr.2) will be the second major meeting of the Vincennes winter meeting. the winner of the last Prix d’Amérique Idao de Tillard (T. Duvaldestin), Ampia Mede Sm (T. Duvaldestin), Hooker Berry (N. Bazire) and Hohneck (Ph. Allaire) are on the entry list.
The Prix Ready Cash (Gr.1) will be the second highlight of this Sunday at Vincennes with the presence of Liza Josselyn (N. Bazire) and Lombok Night (JL Dersoir).
Auteuil
Prix Georges Courtois (Gr.2), Prix Leon Olry Roederer (Gr.2), Prix André Michel (Gr.3), Prix Morgex (Gr.3) and 2 Listeds
This is the last meeting of the year on the Auteuil racecourse and four groups are on the program. The Georges Courtois Prize (Gr.2) is one of the highlights of this day with the presence in particular of Rosario Baronwinner of the Grand Steeplechase de Paris 2023.
In the Prix Leon Olry Roederer (Gr.2), we should find Heloy Delabarrière, Hermès Very, Royale Milady Has et Mamix’s Passion who are at the finish of the Autumn Grand Prix (Gr.1).
There are twenty-one mares currently entered in the Prix André Michel (Gr.3) and eighteen horses in the Prix Morgex (Gr.3).
Sha Tin (HK)
Great day for Groups 1
Gala meeting this Sunday at the Sha Tin racecourse (Hong Kong) with four Group 1 races. The highlight of this day will be the Hong Kong Cup with the presence of the local star Romantic Warrior who will try to win this event for the third time. Calif, trained by Carlos and Yann Lerner, will also be there.
Goliath (F.H. Graffard), Iresine (JP Gauvin) and Marquisate (A. Fabre) will represent France in the Hong Kong Vase et Taste (J. Reynier) will be at the start of Hong Kong Mile.
