On the occasion of the 12th day of Liqui Moly StarLigue, HBC Nantes took to the Dunkirk floor.
At the start of the game, Nantes were well caught on offensive play but recovered the balls from Dunkirk's hands, before scoring the first goal via Aymeric Minne (2' 0-1). At 6 meters, Nicolas Tournat did a lot of blocking work for his center half (7' 3-3). The Minne-Briet duo did well with a service to the millimeter (12' 5-5). The USDK took advantage of a hesitant “H” to take the lead (14' 7-5) but when it came to provoking the 7 meters, the purple pivot did not procrastinate (15' 7-6). As in the first period, the defense led by Gaber and Briet was dense (38' 19-23). The Nantais had the match well in hand, like a stratospheric Thibaud Briet in defense, who himself mounted his recovered balls and concluded them in front (42' 19-26).
