In the 117.5 million euros of the multi-year investment plan (PPI) voted on Thursday, November 28, 2024, by the elected representatives of the Mont-Saint-Michel (Manche) agglomeration community, 13.4 million are intended to projects located in Avranches. Indeed, developments are planned for Aquabaie, but also for the media library, the cultural center, the leisure reception and the renovation of the Tourist Office.
