The Capdenac-Gare municipal council will meet on Monday, December 2 at 6 p.m. During the last municipal council of the year, the files of Grand-Figeac will first be addressed with the launch of the public inquiry relating to the local intercommunal urban planning plan (PLUi) which will take place from December 16, 2024 to January 24 2025. For information, the project to set up the Malbrel company in the Saint-Julien economic zone, voted by the community council on November 5, will also be discussed with a view to regrouping there all its activities. The agenda provides for the final payments of subsidies to associations and advances of subsidies for 2025. Elected officials will then address the issue of water and sanitation: progress of the Union extension project, vote of 2025 prices and use of loans to finance major network works linked to the development of the Albert Thomas district. In terms of tourism, the mayor will propose signing the agreement for the provision of locomotive 130 B 439 with the SNCF. Finally, in human resources, elected officials will notably be required to vote on updating the internal regulations of the municipality and the CCAS. In view of future retirements, positions will also be created within the technical services department.
