The Coupe de France is back, and hopefully with its magic. This Friday, the 8th round of the Cup of All Possibilities began. A decisive round which often allows skimming between the teams which can aspire to a great epic. Among the main “shocks” of this 8th round, the attractive Nancy – Bastia, a match which would have had certain aspects of Ligue 1 ten years earlier, ended on this Friday.

This Saturday, Caen travels to a Regional 1 team, Bolbec, just like Lorient, traveling to Monnaie fans. This Sunday, Bordeaux will host Les Herbiers, winners of AC Ajaccio in the previous round, while Annecy travels to the pitch of Jura Sud. Note the presence, again, of two Regional 3 teams: Le Touquet, facing Calais (N3), and Valence, which hopes to recreate the feat against Martigues (L2) after having brought down Marignane Gignac (N2).
The draw for the next round at the Parc des Princes on Monday
For the teams who will qualify for the next round, the adventure will therefore continue for the 9th round, which can be compared to the 32nd finals. At this level of the competition, Ligue 1 teams not qualified in Europe will enter the fray.
