Afriquia Gaz achieved a consolidated turnover (CA) of 6.403 billion dirhams (billion dirhams) at the end of September 2024, up 3.3% compared to the same period a year earlier.
For the third quarter of 2024, consolidated turnover reached MAD 2.174 billion, showing an increase of 23.1% compared to the third quarter of 2023, indicates the group in a press release on its quarterly indicators.
Consolidated investments, for their part, experienced an increase of 15.7% at the end of the first nine months of 2024 compared to the same period last year, going from 333.8 million dirhams ( MDH) to 386.2 MDH, adds the same source.
Furthermore, consolidated net financial debt fell to MAD 2.447 billion at the end of September 2024 compared to MAD 2.616 billion recorded a year earlier. Concerning the tonnages achieved by Afriquia Gaz for Q3-2024, they decreased slightly by 0.5% compared to the same period of the previous year, reaching 291,688 tonnes.
However, thanks to sustained commercial dynamics, the cumulative tonnages at the end of September 2024 showed growth of 1.3% compared to the same period in 2023, to stand at 922,642 tonnes. In terms of prospects, the group intends to continue its momentum, driven by its results at the end of September 2024, which confirm its trajectory towards achieving its annual objectives.
