As in 2022, FC Metz went to Raon-l'Etape, 12th in its N3 group, in the Coupe de France. The Vosges only finally appeared threatening once on Alexis Mirbach's goal after an alert lit by Kévin Duminy, the Raon striker, around the half-hour mark. FC Metz provided the essentials and will therefore be present in the 32nd finals in December.
