According to our information, repeat offender Christophe Khider, detained for 29 years, will be released by the end of December and then placed on an electronic bracelet for 18 months.

The magistrates of the Court of Appeal granted, this Friday, November 29, a reduced sentence to Christophe Khider, detained for 29 years. A decision which risks causing a lot of noise in the ranks of the prison administration. Christophe Khider obtained this sentence modification following his second request filed by his lawyer, the Parisian criminal lawyer, Marie Violleau. He will be released by the end of December, then placed on an electronic bracelet for 18 months. He will then be subject to parole. “This decision is a relief, it brings hope for everyone, for Christophe Khider first, and for society as well. It was time for him to come out,” his lawyer tells us.

Detained since 1995, Christophe Khider, 53 years old today, was convicted, among other things, of murder, violent theft, kidnapping, receiving stolen property. He was also convicted of several escapes and attempted escapes, including one in an organized gang with a helicopter, use of weapons of war and hostage-taking.
