Île-de-France Mobilités plans a further increase in prices for Navigo subscriptions, with other measured and regular increases expected by 2031.
Bad news for Ile-de-France travelers. According to France Bleu radio, the monthly price of the Navigo pass will increase from January 1, 2025, from 86.40 euros to 88.80 euros, an increase of 2.40 euros. The annual price of the Navigo pass will amount to 976.80 euros, representing an increase of 26.40 euros. The Imagine R subscription will see an increase of 9.90 euros, reaching 384.30 euros, while the annual Imagine R Junior package will increase to 16.80 euros, compared to 16.40 euros currently.
This new increase should be ratified on December 11 by the administrators of Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM). It is part of the financial agreement signed in September 2023 between IDFM and the State, which provides for a measured and regular increase in prices until 2031.
Over the past decade, the monthly Navigo pass has seen several increases. After stabilizing at 75.30 euros in 2018, its price increased significantly in 2022 to reach 86.40 euros.
