Women and men, adults and seniors, whatever the physical condition. Sedentary people, people with ALD, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancer: during treatments and after, overweight people.
This activity will be supervised by an educator trained in healthy sports, every Monday from 6:45 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Launet stadium in Montech.
