A “nuclear threat to sow fear”
“We recently uncovered an incredibly audacious Russian sabotage campaign in Europe, even as (Russian President Vladimir) Putin and his cronies raise the nuclear threat to sow fear” among supporters of Ukraine, said Richard Moore, without giving details.
“If Putin is allowed to reduce Ukraine to a vassal state, he will not stop there”insisted the head of foreign intelligence.
“We have not the slightest doubt about the will to win of our Ukrainian friends. The SIS and the DGSE (British and French foreign intelligence) are decisive in calibrating the risks and helping our respective governments to make adequate decisions” in the face of Russian rhetoric mixing threats and aggression, he added.
