As expected, GSC Game World released the very first patch for STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl this week, fixing over 650 issues and bugs reported by players. The studio has thus communicated a list of the main changes, which we have taken care to translate into French, with the exception of very specific terms.
The first STALKER 2 patch is finally here
In addition to correcting numerous bugs, this first update brings changes expected by players, such as reducing the cost of repairing weapons, increasing the price of reselling artifacts, and other measures that will make a huge boost to the wallet.
In addition to this monetary aspect and bug fixes relating to AI, audio and even cutscenes, GSC Game World has made a variety of balancing adjustments to make the game more enjoyable and fair.
The studio is obviously not going to stop there and will continue to improve its game based on the feedback that players can give. As part of future updates, bugs relating to the A-Life 2.0 system will be addressed.
In the coming months, the title will be entitled to free content, as well as story expansions. More details will be communicated on this subject during the month of December.
Patch 1.01 is now available on Steam and will be deployed on the Windows Store (PC Game Pass) and Xbox Series X|S later today. Recall that the title debuted in Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass and Xbox Cloud Gaming.
