The Israeli army unveiled this Friday a detailed assessment of its “Northern Arrows” operation carried out against Hezbollah in Lebanon. According to this data, more than 12,500 targets were struck across the entire Lebanese territory, including around 1,500 at depth: a thousand in the Lebanon Valley and 360 in Beirut itself.
Among the targeted targets are more than 1,600 command centers and a thousand military installations. The Israeli army indicates that it particularly targeted the Radwan force, Hezbollah’s elite unit, destroying 150 of its depots and 160 of its headquarters.
Israeli forces claim to have dealt a severe blow to the operational capabilities of the Shiite movement. According to their estimates, Hezbollah has lost more than 70% of its drone fleet and a large part of its firing capabilities.
The material assessment shows the seizure of more than 155,000 pieces of equipment, including 12,000 drones and explosive weapons, 13,000 missile systems (anti-tank, anti-aircraft and launchers), as well as 121,000 electronic equipment and documents.
On the human level, the IDF claims to have eliminated around 2,500 Hezbollah terrorists, including Hassan Nasrallah and 13 senior leaders. Losses also include 4 division commanders, 24 brigade commanders, 27 battalion commanders, 63 company commanders and 22 platoon commanders.
