500 approved restaurateurs, producers and artisans, 21 ambassador chefs, the “Savoir-faire 100% Côte-d’Or” brand continues to grow and evolve. This momentum was confirmed during the 15th accreditation committee, which was held at the Tour d'Auxois hostelry, in the presence of the 21st Chef-ambassador Louis-Philippe Vigilant, this Wednesday.
The “Savoir-faire 100% Côte-d’Or” brand is truly anchored in the daily life of Côte-d’Oriens. A real factor in identifying the product with consumers, it guarantees them access to local, quality products throughout the territory, in the city and in the countryside. The brand is very popular among restaurateurs, producers and artisans, because of the values it advocates: the development of local circuits, quality food, the recognition of know-how… In total, out of the 53 files examined by the committee, 41 approvals were issued, 11 were withdrawn for cessation of activity, and 1 postponed, raising the bar to 500 approved in just 5 years of existence. “Five years after the start of this adventure, we remain committed alongside the producers and artisans who make our region rich. We will continue to showcase their know-how to the Côte-d’Oriens”explains François Sauvadet, President of the Côte-d’Or Departmental Council.
Among the 21 Chef-ambassadors, four were replaced by new ones, following their departure from their establishment:

THOMAS BRAGHI, head of the Château de Sainte Sabine
