If Artificial Intelligence rightly scares many of us, we must recognize that it can sometimes provide valuable services. In some cases, it can even make ends meet. You may not know it, but AI can indeed bring us big returns by saving us time. And as the saying goes, time is money.
This is also the motto of a certain Laurie who, in addition to her job, manages to secure a juicy additional income by working little, thanks to artificial intelligence.

She makes ends meet thanks to AI and it works
Paid at 36,000 euros gross per year for her job, this bank manager, based in Paris, always considered that her salary was insufficient. “ My missions are interesting and varied, I manage a small, friendly team. However, I know that my remuneration is not really up to the challenges and I cannot negotiate it upwards with my N+1 (his manager Editor’s note) », She explains in the columns of Le Figaro.
After trying several times to obtain a raise, without success, this graduate of ISCOM (a communications and advertising school, based in Toulouse) had the idea of launching into community management at the same time by creating a micro -business. An activity which is now proving very lucrative for Laurie, thanks in particular to the contribution of artificial intelligence. It is important to clarify that she never informed her employer of her parallel activity, because she had “ afraid he will refuse ».
Before launching, she nevertheless made sure that her contract did not include an exclusivity clause, prohibiting her from carrying out another activity. Which was not the case. Reassured about these options, Laurie took the plunge and launched her new business by contacting “ companies in the ready-to-wear, real estate and photovoltaic sectors ».

In just a few weeks, she managed to convince two clients to hire her as a community manager. Since then, she has worked for them, in her free time, creating engaging content for them on social networks. To do this, it uses tools using AI, including ChatGPT and Jasper for writing and Canva for visuals. And it works since she has already pocketed nearly 28,000 euros in 2023, for only 1h30 of daily work.
“Thanks to artificial intelligence, it doesn’t take me much time to manage my clients’ social networks (…) The longest part was ultimately configuring these tools so that they adapt to my needs and, a fortiori, to those of my clients. Once this step is completed, everything works by itself… Artificial intelligence saves me a lot of time. I only spend 1 to 1.5 hours a day working for these two clients” (Laurie)
This additional income should increase further soon, because Laurie has convinced a new client for a future collaboration.
