In October 2022, Stade de Reims appoints a 30-year-old coach at the head of its professional group. He succeeds Oscar Garcia, of whom he was deputy. First of all, the deputy takes care of the interim. Then, after five games without defeat, Will Still was made official as coach of Reims.

At the end of this 2022-2023 season, the Champagne-Ardenne club ends the year in 11th place with a record of 12 wins, 15 draws and 11 defeats. The love story continues for the next season. In addition, Will Still brings Nicolas Still, his brother, into the staff. Unfortunately, he will not be able to complete this adventure since, on the evening of the 31st day, he was dismissed after a record of 11 victories, 7 draws and 13 defeats.
