One hundred employees were evacuated this morning, Friday November 29, in Carquefou. They were working at the postal sorting center when a smell of gas was detected in the building. Firefighters received the alert at 7:55 a.m.

Research still in progress

After emptying the premises, firefighters are currently carrying out searches in the vast 6,800 m² building to detect a possible gas leak. Searches were still underway at 9 a.m.
