The firefighters were called shortly after 2 p.m. this Thursday, after flames began to ravage the storage area of ​​the building which extends over 450 square meters.

Six employees on technical unemployment

Founded 40 years ago, the Loire Marée fishmonger and its boss are now assessing the extent of the damageafter this fire which could have been caused by a short circuit in the kitchen according to the manager. Although the 20 firefighters mobilized on rue de Verdun arrived quickly, the building suffered. The garage adjoining the business was saved. The fishmonger is currently closed, its manager hopes for a quick return to normal. The fishmonger employs six people, it is also present on the markets of Saint-Herblain, Couëron and Bouguenais in particular.
