Next year, you will have to pay a little more to take Ile-de-France transport. Île-de-France Mobilités announced this Thursday, November 28, 2024 to several media, including France Blue et BFMTV that the price of the Navigo Pass would increase by 2.8% on 1is next January.
The price of the monthly Navigo Pass will therefore increase from €86.40 to €88.80. That of the monthly subscription will increase from €950.40 to €976.80.
Increases to expect in the coming years
As France Info points out, this new increase in prices originates from the financing protocol for Ile-de-France transport signed between Île-de-France Mobilités and the State in September 2023. This provides for regular increases until 2031. These -this must not, however, exceed “inflation + 1%”.
Furthermore, the 1is January 2025 will also see the ticket system be reformed. As recalled France Blue, there will now be only two prices for all Ile-de-France residents: €2.50 for the metro, RER and Transilien and €2 for buses and trams.
