A new Olympic champion among the TOEC runners-up. Ugo Didier, who notably won gold in the 400m freestyle during the Paralympic Games this summer, leaves his club CN Cugnaux (Cercle des Nageurs de Cugnaux) and joins the Dauphins du TOEC, the club of the star Léon Marchand basins.
