Still opposed to Mercosur and the standards that stifle them, the farmers of Pévèle gathered at the Slosse roundabout this Tuesday, before heading towards the DREAL and the DDTM in Lille via the A23.
Continuing last week's actions, around forty tractors gathered this Tuesday around 10:30 a.m. at the Slosse d'Orchies roundabout to travel via the A23 to Lille. They will be joined along the way by other farmers from the A1. According to Bison Futé, another procession is currently en route on the A25 and a snail operation is taking place on the Nationale 356.
“A right to administrative error”
Everyone goes to Cité Marianne, headquarters of the DDTM and DREAL, the administrative places from which the standards and regulations that irritate farmers originate. “stifled, hindered, deprived of the means of action essential to their profession”.
