Russia’s all-out offensive in Ukrainian territory this Monday: in Kharkiv, several Russian missiles fell on the city center, injuring more than 25 people early in the morning. The attack targeted a densely populated residential area, said the mayor of Ukraine’s second city, Igor Terekhov.
