What is the UN Results Portal?
On the 2025 version of the results.un.org Portal, you will find more than 800 results contained in the draft program budget for 2025, in the six official languages of the UN.
The portal presents both the results obtained in 2023 and the results forecast for 2025. Presented in an interactive and user-friendly format, the portal allows you to filter the results by entity, geographic location, result category and beneficiary.
WHO can access it?
The public site is accessible to Member States and anyone with Internet access. The site is now mobile-friendly, making it easier to access and improve the user experience on smartphones and tablets.
What are the features?
The examples presented on the portal cover the full range of UN activities, from sustainable development to human rights to peace and security. They illustrate the Organization’s commitment to reducing inequalities, ensuring access to humanitarian assistance and refugee protection, advancing the rule of law and combating climate change.
It also contains entity results, highlighting improvements to conferencing services, administrative processes and operational support.
From reducing releases of mercury and persistent organic pollutants into the environment to increasing the ability of small and medium-sized businesses to engage in digital commerce, the portal provides numerous examples of the real impact that The UN helps produce.
The 2025 version of the portal transparently presents actual performance, including times when we met or exceeded our planned goals as well as times when we did not achieve what we planned to achieve.
Jointly developed by the Department of Management Strategy, Policy and Compliance (DMSPC) and the Office of Information Technology and Communications (OICT), results.un.org exemplifies strong interdepartmental collaboration and also demonstrates the commitment of the Organization to strengthen transparency and accountability.
