Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Project Superintendent located in Bamako, Mali. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects, ensuring quality control, maintaining construction safety standards, and managing project budgets on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and commercial construction experience
• Expertise in quality control and construction safety
• Mastery of budgeting
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of construction regulations and standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Previous experience in project management roles
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
