Access conditions still difficult
Of the 3,100 homes still without electricity, 2,900 were in Eure-et-Loir. Technicians from Enedis and service providers were slowed down by access and traffic conditions which still remained difficult in the department.

At 2 p.m., according to the Enedis communications department, 1,500 homes were still without electricity, “mainly in Eure-et-Loir”. At 7 p.m., the latest Enedis news bulletin reports 700 homes still cut off, the majority in Eure-et-Loir.
