When help arrived, the accommodation in this three-story building had been evacuated and firefighters established two hoses to combat the fire.
The occupant of the apartment in which the fire broke out (on a mattress according to initial information) was treated after inhaling smoke. Discomforted, he was being examined by emergency services around 8:30 a.m.
At this time, extinguishing operations were continuing.
