the essential
The eighth day of the championship is marked in Regional 1 by a great first at Bagatelle at night, and for a top match for Moissac, at the Vallée du Girou. Exceptionally, there is no Tarn-et-Garonnais derby.

REGIONAL 1

Racing – Gourdon Bouriane, this Saturday evening, at 7:45 p.m., in Montauban (Bagatelle stadium). Referee: Mr. Fabien Bouges (Occitanie).

Historic first for Racing which has recovered part of the old Sapiac lighting and which will take advantage of it to play for the first time in the championship at night this Saturday evening (read on page 23). A great first which would be marked with a white stone. We will have to be vigilant when hosting a lower ranked team, especially when the Racingmen have just beaten the last ones by one point last Sunday. A victory, and the enlightened Bagatelle players would move up in the rankings.

TUC – Montech, tomorrow Sunday, at 3 p.m., in (Alain-Coulon stadium). Referee: Mr. Brice Canal (Occitanie).

Last Sunday, the TUC, last in the standings, only lost by one point in Bagatelle, while Montech lost by three in Moissac. The Coquelicots must have the means to get the points for victory in Toulouse. For this, it will take a lot of seriousness and efficiency to achieve it. The team has been warned, the Toulouse students are capable of performances.

The Girou Valley – Moissac, tomorrow Sunday, at 3:30 p.m., in Pechbonnieu. Referee: Mr. Alexis Cassan (Occitanie).

The “Big match” of the day since the relegated leader of Fédérale 3 receives second in the standings. The Chasselatiers, if they manage to achieve the performance of winning, would then move into the leader's chair, and could claim to stay there for a long time. The locals will start as favorites, while the visitors will have nothing to lose. A great match in perspective, the result of which we will scrutinize.

REGIONAL 2

Avenir Monclarais – Saint Jory/Bruguières, tomorrow Sunday, at 3 p.m., at Monclar-de-Qiercy (André-Lescure stadium. Referee: Mr. Maeven Oliva (Occitanie).

The Monclarais' task will be anything but a sinecure, since they welcome the Haut-Garonnais, who arrive with their status as undefeated leaders. L'Avenir would achieve a very strong performance by inflicting a first defeat on a well-oiled team, which flies from victory to victory.

Lauzerte Quercy Pays de Serres – Souillac, tomorrow Sunday, at 3:30 p.m., in Lauzerte (Vignals stadium). Referee: Mr. Yoan Peyres (Occitanie).

Lauzerte, fourth, receives his next in the standings, three points behind. A pivotal match, to place the residents of Vignals in the top quartet of the group in the long term. The supporters will have their role to play in pushing their players to victory.

REGIONAL 3

Saint Nicolas de la Grave – Left Bank, tomorrow Sunday, at 3 p.m., in Moissac (Cadossang stadium). Referee: Ms. Manon Sanchez (Occitanie).

The Nicolaitans host a team in fourth place in the group. It's up to the locals, who are playing this season in Moissac, to do everything to achieve a victory which should give them reason to hope.

Bastidienne – RC Brulhois 82, tomorrow Sunday, at 3 p.m., in Lavaur. Referee: Mr. Johan Louvet (Occitanie).

Brulhois, with a reduced squad, is in last place in the group, and only has defeats. This Sunday, he moves to the penultimate which has only one victory on the clock. In other words, we can think that this is the time to open your victory counter, even if the locals are favorites.

Naucelle – Garonna XV, tomorrow Sunday, at 3 p.m., in Naucelle (Laurines stadium). Referee: Mr. Vincent Noulir (Occitanie).

The Aveyronnais are second with only one defeat. Garonna XV will therefore have to give their best to hope to come back from this complicated trip, with the points for victory.

Montbeton Lacourt – Haute Vallée Aveyron, tomorrow Sunday, at 3 p.m., in Montbeton (Chemin de Montagne stadium). Referee: Mr. Valentin Billard (Occitanie).

Montbeton-Lacourt continues on its merry way. The team created in the offseason has already experienced the joys of victory. We can think that the Montalbanese suburbs have the means to aim for a new one by welcoming a team from Aveyron which will come with ambitions.

Rieupeyroux – Septfonds, tomorrow Sunday, at 3 p.m., in Rieupeyroux (René-Fabre stadium). Referee: Mr. Enzo Basile Martinez (Occitanie).

Rieupeyroux has lost everything so far. We can think that this is the time for Septfonds to aim for an away victory, which would allow them to start climbing the rankings. We can reasonably hope so.
