AEW has revealed its schedule for the end of 2024 and the start of 2025. A schedule in which we see that AEW Collision will no longer always be live.
Indeed, since last month certain AEW Collision episodes are no longer live and the tradition will continue for other shows. In January, February and March 2025, AEW has double shows on its calendar. That is to say, AEW Dynamite will be live and then they will record the episode of Collision to air on Saturday.
This week, Tony Khan was on a conference call with the media to discuss Full Gear happening this weekend. The topic of AEW Collision being live less often came up and Tony Khan responded that it won't be a regular thing. He says:
''It's a small percentage and it's really not meant to be recurring, and it's not going to happen regularly. We rarely record shows on the same night. The only time it actually happens more than once consecutively is around the event in Australia, which is a little different for us because we have to film the content and then have the team fly there. stranger.''
Obviously AEW will continue its AEW Collision shows live for the most part.
