Without a driving license, this resident of Évreux (Eure) did everything to escape the police. In vain.
It was 2:15 p.m. this Monday, November 18, when a resident of Dreux (Eure), driving a Subaru 4×4 SUV, refused to stop during aa police check. Actu reports that the driver was then chased, that he then lost control of his vehicle and spun, before resuming his race.
