Since Tuesday November 19, 2024 around 5:30 a.m., traffic tram B is strongly disrupted in Bordeaux. For good reason, an LAC line (overhead contact line) fell in the area Montaigneindicate TBM.
The network was stopped between the station Saint-Genès and the terminals France Alouette et Pessac Center. Now the interruption has evolved. Tram B does not run between the station Peixotto and terminals.
Relay buses made available
Of the relay bus were put in place to compensate for the absence of the tram. For university students impacted by this interruption, lines 34 and 31 allow them to reach the campus of Bordeaux Montaigne Since Peixotto.
On Wednesday, November 20, traffic was still interrupted because “the weather conditions” of the night from Tuesday to Wednesday “did not allow the teams [de TBM] to replace the LAC pole,” indicates the Bordeaux transport network.
Disruptions that could last because the Gironde is placed on orange alert for the risk of strong wind gusts.
