It was his neighbors and the owner of the apartment who made the macabre discovery. According to the first elements, the victim died of asphyxiation, which will have to be confirmed by the autopsy which will take place this Wednesday, according to the Alès prosecutor, Abdelkrim Grini.
A suspect tracked
The latter indicates that the man “spent part of the afternoon with a friend […] But when the body was discovered, this friend in question had fled.” The judicial police officers (OPJ) from the Alès police station, who therefore favor the trail of a murder, quickly identified the suspect and followed on the trail… until the Marseille station where they arrested him.
