Taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. An incapacity for work of more than four months was necessary for partial recovery. Given the excuse of provocation, the court estimated that the convicted person should only bear 50% of the victim’s costs and damages. A subsequent hearing will determine the amount of damages.
