This procedure is considered « necessary » for the Kremlin. This signing comes a few days after the green light from the United States to Ukraine. Washington recently gave its agreement to kyiv to launch American long-range missiles on Russian territory. Putin’s warning
Last September, Vladimir Putin indicated that Russia would not hesitate to use nuclear weapons in case of « massive launch » air attacks against his country. He warned the United States, recalling that such an agreement would mean “direct involvement of NATO countries in the war in Ukraine”. Consequently, the strikes carried out against Russia would therefore not be “ not carried out by Ukraine, but by the countries which give authorization”.
