Denis Bonhomme and his son, Rock, presented a residential development project “Bonhomme on the banks of the Gatineau” in Maniwaki.

The two businessmen made the unveiling in the presence of the mayor, Francine Fortin, who was delighted with this announcement.

Denis Bonhomme says he has taken steps to acquire the land that belonged to his family in the past, following the announcement of the closure of the Matériaux Bonhomme business in July 2021. The development will include 22 lots, some of which have already found buyers. We listen to Denis Bonhomme:

Discussions are still underway with the City to determine whether a park could be developed within this new development:
