Rabat – The Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests, Mohamed Sadiki, indicated Monday, during the oral questions session in the House of Representatives, that the contribution of the Agency National Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography (ANCFCC) to the state budget reached 33 billion dirhams (billion dirhams) over the last eight years.

In response to a question on accelerating the pace of land conservation, Mr. Sadiki highlighted the important role of the land conservation system in enhancing land ownership, integrating it into the economic cycle and transforming it into a solid foundation. to encourage credit and investment.

He also highlighted the significant progress made by the Agency in the modernization and complete digitalization of procedures for improving productivity, noting that the number of land titles issued between 2016 and 2023 amounts to 3,086,400 out of a total of 9.5 million land titles nationwide.

Regarding free collective conservation, the minister specified that 187 rural municipalities are concerned, i.e. a programming of 35 municipalities per year. And to add that the number of land titles established by the collective conservation procedure amounts to approximately 1.1 million, or approximately 80% of the total collective land titles.

Mr. Sadiki also said that 12.7 million property certificates were issued during this period.
