The National Real Estate Promotion Company (SNPI) announced Monday the opening of registrations for the purchase of housing within the framework of the free promotion program (LPL) in Algiers. These homes will be put on sale from Wednesday June 26 at 11:00 a.m. via the SNPI online platform.

Opening of registrations for 176 LPL housing units in Algiers

This Monday, ENPI announced great news for housing seekers: the sale of 176 apartments belonging to the LPL program in the capital.

The accommodation, located in Djinnan Sfari, includes apartments of different sizes: 4-room and 5-room apartments, as well as 5 and 6-room duplexes.

Details of areas and prices are as follows:

  • The 4-room apartments have an area ranging from 140.42 to 166.19 m², with a price varying between 3.3 and 3.9 billion centimes.
  • The 5-room apartments measure between 166.41 and 185.83 m², and their price is between 3.9 and 4.4 billion centimes.
  • The 5-room duplexes have an area of 279.43 m² and a price of 6.7 billion cents.
  • The 6-room duplexes measure 316.13 m² and cost 7.5 billion centimes.

Housing without income constraints

The free promotion program (LPL) differs from the public promotion program (LPP) by the absence of prerequisites for registration. Indeed, while the LPP imposes strict income criteria, the LPL is accessible to all without restriction. To be eligible for the LPP, the combined income of both spouses must be between 12 and 60 million centimes per month, thus excluding households whose income is outside this range.

Launched in 2014, the LPP program aims to meet the needs of citizens with high incomes, often excluded from other subsidized housing options. On the other hand, the LPL program allows all citizens to register, thus offering a flexible and constraint-free solution to access quality housing at affordable prices.

The SNPI therefore invites all citizens interested in these new offers to quickly register on its online platform, in order to seize this unique opportunity to become an owner in one of the most sought-after areas of the capital.
